Certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum or PRINCE2 preferred.

Overall experience: 12-14 years

Relevant experience: 8-10 years

Project Management Responsibilities
1.Support strategic business projects and coordinate the team throughout all project management phases
2.Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively, manage large and diverse teams and projects (sometimes simultaneously)
3.Ownership of complete Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) IT Projects in the capacity of a PMO, and be accountable for the availability, accuracy and completeness of project data
4.Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings, meet with individual team members to find and fix any issues, train employees during workshops, foster a culture based on accountability
5.Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders; collaborate with the sponsor, and ensure compliance with security requirements and business needs
6.Create a detailed project management plan and other project documents, guide incoming and outgoing project files and provide solutions to project-related issues, set the strategic direction of all projects, define the projects scope, Set milestones and deadlines
7.Create budget and revenue estimates and manage project resources and their costs, assign, prioritize, and supervise project tasks (task management)
8.Implement and manage changes, Identify, prevent, and manage risks, track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques
9.Report KPI deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards, perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed

Required Skills
1.Experience in handling projects in the capacity of PM/PMO in the areas of Infrastructure and application management, ERP implementation, data & digital.
2.Experience in working in Agile environments; hands-on experience in large projects/programs, experience in handling full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) IT projects
3.Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
4.Experience in developing and delivering Storyboards and Presentations to the leadership team
5.Critical thinking and planning Knowledge of current and future trends, and identifying roadblocks and challenges that will hinder the program plans
6.Prioritizing and planning stakeholder requirements, communicating with different customer groups, and managing project resources where required
7.Very strong dashboarding and reporting skills
