JOB PURPOSE :Reporting to the IS&T Engineering Program director, you will be in charge to deliver IS&T project related to the Alstom Engineering domain
YOUR JOB :
- Plan and organize projectsPlan/ organize the delivery of the Project in the region and its activities in accordance with the Global & Regional roadmaps, Governance process & standard IS&T operating model
- Contribute to optimize delivery model following defined sourcing strategy
- Propose & implement initiatives to optimize plan / cost / quality
- Ensure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and tools
- Apply templates and records to document Project activities following our standards
- Work closely with PMO and ensure project methodology is adhered to
- Resource projectsContribute to define the capacity plan, skill matrix and adapt the sourcing model
- Ensure that capacity plan for the project are maintained timely
- Lead projectsContribute to the Project strategy definition in the region
- Build strong and lasting networks with key stakeholders in IST&T and Business
- Manage the Project plan- scope / resources and tasks
- Manage Project interdependencies
- Identify and mitigate risks- drive out barriers to success, escalate as needed
- Manage Project staff by providing direction, input and feedback
- Communicate with PL and other stakeholders in the region to gain community support for the Project and to solicit input to improve the Project
- Control projectsReport Project status timely and following standards
- Ensure that the Project operate within the approved budget / scope
- Monitor all budgeted Project expenditures
- Ensure that all financial records for the Project are up to date
- Identify and evaluate the risks associated with Project activities and take appropriate action to control the risks
- Use the Project evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the Project and to identify areas for improvement (lessons learned)
