JOB DESCRIPTION: International Voice Process (Telecom Billing Customer Support) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Any Graduate or Undergraduate WORK EXPERIENCE: -- Minimum 1 year International Voice experience -- Customer handling experience -- Inbound calls managing experience SKILLS AND ABILITIES: -- Telecom/ billing knowledge with sales acumen -- Should be comfortable with 100% voice -- Should have excellent English language skills -- COMMUNICATION SKILLS -- COMPUTER PROFICIENCY -- WORK SHIFTS: Rotational (work in 24/7 rotational shifts & Work From Office with 5 days working) -- LOCATION: Sec-127, Noida -- Cab Facility available both sided -- Salary:- 3.95 LPA to 4.35 LPA Contact : hidden_mobile - K.Divya
