Work Experience:

3-5 Years of experience in Operations/ Order mgmt., Process
design && automation preferably with an e- commerce / supply
chain solution organization where-in large number of
transactions need to be managed
Experience of working with a start-up will be a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

Strong operations background esp. in handling large number
of transactions in E-commerce or digital space
Excellent communication && analytical skills
Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker && comfortable in
a metrics-driven business environment

Essential:

Education Graduation && MBA from a Tier 3/Tier 4 college Essential
