Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Support Manager
In this role, you will manage teams of Cora SeQuence Support Engineers for multiple Clients.
Responsibilities
Implementation and ensure adherence of Application Support Processes
Ensure effective Governance of following points:
o Monitor overall progress
o Tickets trending
o Risk and Issue Management
o SLA Compliance
o Escalation Management
Stakeholder Management: Liaison with both internal & external clients ensuring customer satisfaction
Reporting: Publishing of key metrices & reports on required periodicity
People Management - Resource management including shift planning, productivity measurement, skill development etc.
Maintain Knowledge base
Respond to RFP and proposals
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate
Experience in IT application support and Development
ITIL certification at Intermediate/Expert level
Prior work experience in Application Support projects is a MUST
Well versed with Incident, Problem and Change Management Process
Good project management skills and experience
Technical background with hands-on development experience (preferably in Microsoft Technologies) in the past
Preferred qualifications
Graduate/postgraduate with IT/Computer Science Background
