Job Description
major purpose will be to develop high quality grant applications, proposals, complete due diligence processes, network with potential donors and grow existing donor portfolio and relationship. This will also include engaging with internal stakeholders from program and finance teams to ensure hygiene of existing partnerships including project performance tracking. The role will provide the candidate an opportunity to develop people skills, network with more than 100 development sector professionals and hone his/her writing skills under the senior leadership of the organization. Knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in English/Hindi, excellent writing skills is a must for this role.
- Build grant proposals and create SOPs for proposal writing
- Execute business development and outreach activities
- Delivery of quality and timely reports programmatic and financial
- Management of field visits according to the donor objectives
- Development of high-quality business material for maintenance, enhancement and acquisition of donor partners
- Swift and efficient response to all the queries of the donor partners
- Alignment of internal stakeholders with evolving need of the donors
- Actively identify and pursue business development opportunities in line with organizational vision
- Effectively communicate organizations change initiatives to potential funders by facilitating program visits on field, organizing recurring interactions etc.
- Deliver quality and timely reports financial and programmatic by collaborating with Finance and Operations teams
- Conduct field/programmatic visits to track project progress
- Establish and implement a governance system to map/track financial and programmatic progress
- Enhance scope of partnership with active funders by communicating the evolving organizational vision which aligns with the donors strategic interests
- Review, strategize and execute customized strategy to exceed donor expectations year-on-year.
