Job Description

• Explore & develop the opportunities in the Europe and North America markets and help build our brand
• The role involves new business development as well as taking care of existing clients
• Identifying prospective clients overseas in the chemical Industry.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development in pre-sales & post sales negotiation stages.
• Develop, negotiate and enter into business associations with world class principals to cater to customer requirements in the region.
• Implementing effective strategies for increasing width and depth of market penetration.
• Monitor growth areas and advise management on diversification plans, devise and execute them for sustained growth by allocating / apportioning appropriate resources.

• 2+ yrs experience in sales of Specialty/ bulk Chemicals in international markets (preferably Europe and North America)
• Candidates should be familiar with Europe and North America markets.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates should have good networking skills and able to build & maintain healthy business relations with major clientele.
• MBA international Marketing preferred.
