we have openings for Divisional Manager, in Top MNC Life Insurance Co.

PLEASE NOTE:

Team handling experience of at least 4 years or more.
Should have great career progression someone who had grown from ground level to on roll team handling in Agency.
Not a job hopper.
Life Insurance experience in Agency Channel is Mandatory.
Desire to work with Managing Partner, Sr Managing Partner develop, motivate them to achieve their goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage independent area/ division in terms of profitability and administration.
To manage a team of Managing Partners, Sr Managing Partners, Branch Managing Partners.
Branch Manger Partners will handle Sr Managing Partners and Managing Partners.
Managing Partner will appoint Agency Partners and Agency Partners will appoint Agents.
To set up strong distribution & achieve divisional targets of Life Insurance with team.
Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities.
To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force.
Protect and promote the brand value of the company.
Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources.
Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry.
