Role and Responsibilities :
Facilitate training sessions for Govt. School teachers with trainers across Mumbai.
Coordinate the logistics of the training as well as monitor the training for smooth functioning.
Database management of the training sessions and follow-up on training with teachers.
Facilitating weekly peer learning sessions with the teachers in groups.
Support the content development of the sessions.
Coordination with government officials for building rapport, feedback, and need analysis.
Classroom support for teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program.
Skills:
Passion for working in the education sector
Proficiency in English language (written and verbal communication skills)
Prior work experience in the development sector of 2+ years
Team players who can effectively work and support peers, subordinates, and senior managers Excellent technical skills including Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google functions.
