Job Description
We are hiring Sales Superstars for Byju's
**URGENT REQUIREMENT**
Looking for immediate joiners
CTC: Rs. 10L p.a (Rs. 7L p.a as fixed pay & Rs. 3L p.a as Incentive) (Post training); Rs. 5L p.a (Rs. 3L p.a as fixed pay & Rs. 2L p.a as Incentive) (During training program of two months)
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off)
Eligibility: Any graduate/ post-graduate upto 2021
Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents & students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the BYJU's personalized learning journey. Taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales.
Preferred Skill Sets- Keen interest in education. Interested in mentoring students. A knack for sales & positioning an idea. We are looking for people who can lead, build value systems in sales and drive revenues. Must maintain positivity & a go- getter attitude.
