Job Description
Human Resource Manager The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Expertise in HR policies and proce dures Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Understanding of HR best practices and curre nt regulation Employee - focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion Familiarity with MS Office Suites Sound judgment and problem - solving skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5 + years experience as Human Resources Manager Preference 1. Must be loca l (Vadodara or nea rby C ities ) 2. Must have 5+ years of experience in Call C enter / BPO as a HR M anager Day Shift 9 AM to 9 PM ( 9 Hour S hift) Monday to Saturday (Working Days)Employement Category:
