  • Contact Potential or Existing Customers to inform about a product or service using scripts.
  • It is an outbound Process.
  • There is no Sales target.
  • You have to connect with the consumers.
  • Provide Accurate, timely and professional resolution to the customer.
  • Utilize knowledge Base articles to provide support.
  • Timely And Accurate Completion of all assigned duties.
  • Sometimes you to have inbounded call also.
  • Its a collection process.
  • Required Excellent written & Verbal Communication.
  • Fresher/Experience/Graduate /Pursuing Candidate may apply.
  • Candidate should be comfortable with Noida location (Work from office).
  • Interested can come for the face to face interview round.
