Job Description

• Prepare and implement marketing budget and plan for Hotels (annual, six-monthly and monthly) and understanding the competitive market place.
• Develop, implement and monitor creative local marketing channels.
• Launch promotions or special activations as per plan.
• Brand ads, promotional material and restaurant sales support collaterals design through design agency/freelance designer/vendor (as per plan).
• Print co-ordination of the material with purchase department / vendor (as per release date).
• Restaurant branding material / signage / branded vehicle to be checked regularly (fixing / changing the same as and when required).
• Brand tie-ups , Advertising deals & Barter associations .
• Email, SMS Marketing &Monthly social media campaigns.
• Photo shoots and Food styling shoots (as & when required).
• Content Creation for Press Release.
• Coordination with the PR agency (if any) or directly with media to ensure periodic coverage of monthly plan.
• Coordination with operations on industry story quotes and recipes.
• Cross online marketing with popular online properties.
• To check if the work has been done against scope of work, and other terms as per contract; if not, necessary deductions to be made in the invoice which are to be duly agreed by design agency and then communicate the same to accounts.
• Website management & enhancement.
• Ideation calls with GMs.
• Pre & Post launch planning
• Corporate, socialite and media invites .
• Guest Feedback management.
• To bring up the rating of each Hotel on social media website
