Souring & Screening the profiles thru references and Social Networking Sites as per the JD.
Coordinating for interview schedules for shortlisted candidates.
Follow-up with the selected candidates till onboarding.
Good in Excel, Word, Pdf, etc.,
Maintaining Trackers & Submitting Reports.
Excellent Verbal, & Written communication in English.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Ready to explore new technologies and be a quick learner.
