Job Description

- Execute the annual employee recruitment plan along with Business/Regional heads - Recruitment against attritions and vacant positions as per business/ manpower plan - Ensuring the actuals are maintained against the budget through quality hiring

Required Candidate profile

Min. 2 to 6 years of experience in the industry - Good networking skills for connecting with passive candidates and stakeholder management - People management experience preferred - Strong proficiency in excel, and well-versed with new age sourcing
