Position Title : Sr Recruitment Executive
Experience : Min 1 years
Salary : upto 8 LPA
Location : Chennai

Job Responsibility :

Must have 1 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter
Able to Source the candidates through various sources like Job portals(Naukri, Monster), Head Hunting, Referrals and Social Network Sites as per our client's requirement
Knowledge on End to end recruitments
Job Responsibilities includes Sourcing, Pre-screening to identify right talent as per clients need, coordinating for interview schedules for shortlisted candidates, follow-ups, salary negotiations, onboarding(Joining)
Maintaining reports
understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (Must)
Able to work on various modes of hiring needs: Permanent/Full-time, Contract, Contract-to-hire

Immediate joiners preferred .
