Job Description

Experience: 3-5 years

Notice period: 30-45 days

Budget: Up to 8 lacs

Primary Responsibilities:
Use Identity & Access Management tools to create and manage users on Active Directory
Facilitate the on-boarding, off-boarding, transfer, and ad-hoc user requests
Provide role-based user access to mailboxes and other features of Microsoft 365 andSalesforce
Provide self-help and automation solutions for user access management through keenresponses in JIRA
Perform regular updations of users to various groups in the organization
Prepare service documentation and update on timely basis
Maintain and refer to the IT access policy for resolution of user requests
Ensure weekly manual and auto terminations of user accounts of separated employees

Skills: Essentials
Bachelors in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Degree) with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Active Directory administration and Microsoft Exchange Administration Skills: Good to have
Basic knowledge of Azure AD and Shell Scripting

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts - 1 p.m. 10 p.m. IST
3 p.m. 12 p.m. IST
Work Location: RMZ Eco World, Bengaluru (Currently Work from Home)
