Job Description
We have requirement of Product Specialists (Insurance) or product manager role.
Responsible for providing technology enabled solutions to the clients
Excellent communication skills required to manage stakeholders and optimally articulate the proposed solution to ensure maximum conversion and revenues
Will be required to consistently monitor and equip himself/herself with the changing trends in the insurance space.Should possess a deep understanding of IRDA regulations, methodologies, practices, trends, and major driving factors in the insurance market
Should possess knowledge about various processes being followed in Insurance industry for customer/agent onboarding, claim management, underwriting, policy issuance, verification, distribution channel management, consent management etc.
Should have an ability to identify major stakeholders in the insurance sector.
Should be aware of the various types of risk that exist and their characteristics in different fields of insurance like health, life, asset, travel etc.
Should be aware of user pain points and use his knowledge to create product strategy and solutions for target clients and markets
Will be responsible for managing entire product lifecycle and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Will be expected to maintain an outcome-oriented roadmap with a clear vision.
Experience : 03 to 12 years
CTC: upto 22LPA
