Job Description

Handling exits formalities of resigned Employees and Fellows
Taking Resignation Acceptance, approvals of notice period, if any.
Processing employee full and final settlement at the time of exit
Sending out emails for Exit Interviews form link and date to join the exit interview call
Issuing Experience and Reliving Letter to Employees and Fellows
Data updating in system
Co-ordination with respective Function for the timely closure of Program/Finance/Admin No dues
Ensuring the timely receipt of Exit formalities of resigned employees across India
Employment verification
Monthly co-ordinating with Payroll & accounts team for resolution of queries related to F&F
Resolving exit employees queries for references and verifications through Emails and Phone calls
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
Internal and external stakeholders management
Manging the Internal Transfers of employees/fellows
