Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - QA Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for following :
Understand Business requirements and convert into testing requirements for client lifecycle management application
Work closely with Business users through out the testing life cycle and provide consitant status update on progress, challenges, issues and walk through of business scenarios for testing
Lead a team of Fenergo SMEs who carries out UAT testing on Fenergo to inhouse application development for CLM.
Write and execute Functional, SIT and UAT and Business Verification Test scenarios
Test the client lifecycle management application from Business users perspective using end to end test scenarios
Work closely with Business users to understand business needs and to carry out validations and walk through the created scenarios and test results
Automate test cases using selenium tool
Defect management using Jira
Responsibilities
Be the QA Manager for large Platform migration program, Analyzing BRD/Requirements and help extract Testing requirements from same
Work with Larger technology and Validation teams towards implementation of product/solution
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
BE/BTech/MCA and MBA ( preferred)
Strong QA Managerial experience
Strong stakeholder management experience
- Extensive Banking domain testing experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience of working on CLM in General
Fenergo testing experience
Seasoned Team leader with very good stakeholder management particularly with business users.
Strong Business/Quality Analysis and Validation experience
Ability to work with business users, business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions
Very good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
