Job Description

The job profile requires the individual to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

Should have good technical skills for component level PCD Level and repairing of electronic products, repairing faults, and servicing equipment.
Should have knowledge of the telecom technologies Ethernet TCP/IP, SDH/PDH analyzers, RF ETC.
Ability to respond to customer inquiries about technical problems through an Internet-based, telephone calls, and email
Should have good verbal and written communication skills so as to be able to communicate with as customers for resolving service related issues.
Should assist in creation and implementation of documents and procedures to support customers.
