Job Description

Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates Email blast on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates Calling the candidates for face to face interviews Reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at allotted time Interacting with candidates when they come for interview and introducing them to Head HR for interviews Daily work reports and weekly MIS reports Assisting with documentation of new joinees in the system
