Build a long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market of Central India. 2. Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing Society Developers / Leading Real Estate Service Firms such as JLL, CBRE etc. / Leading Architects and Planters organizations. 3. In-depth knowledge base of the product lines and the associated target niche customers. Beware of the best use cases to align the product with customer need or generating appropriate desires for the product offering. 4. Prepare and present impressive client pitches for our products lines. 5. Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets. 6. Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and prequalification of leads. 7. Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surface needs. 8. Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers real-time needs. 9. Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize brand visibility with, executives and professional associations. 10. Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC's and Fabricators. Meeting with architects (including Landscaping & MEP), Consultant & Builders & interior designers for tracking of their ongoing & future projects. 11. Liasioning with the Government new infrastructure projects. Specifying products in Government Tenders through Architects and plumbing/ sewerage Consultants. 12. Organizing corporate presentation in Government departments and Architectural firms. 13. Analytical skills for business development smartly and efficiently. 1 4. Focused and client-wise competition mapping, competitors update, analysing competitors strength and weakness, and Identify new market potential. 15. Project identification and tracking throughout Project life cycle for identifying opportunities for Product Positioning.
16. Managing Key Accounts to maximize the business potential & achieve the sales targets. Handle project sales & Institutional Sales. 17. Handling Government accounts like Soochna Bhawan, Nirman Bhawan, NDMC, HUDA, DDA & Indian Railways, CPWD,PWD,NTPC,BHEL, Airport Authority of India, Naval Housing etc 18. Participating in Exhibitions & Trade Fairs to Generate leads
