Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Draw Preliminary Design plans, Including electrical and partition layouts.

2.Specify materials and furnishings, as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

3.Outline client design objectives.

4.Conceptualise and sketch design plans.

5.To prepare Architectural design, Presentation and working drawings.

6.Communication and project management skills.

7.Work closely with Designers, Decorators, Architects and Constructors.

8.Visit Construction site to collect measurement and dimension as needed

9.To handle a project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovation and fictional design, Site supervision.

10.Bike Most required for site supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

    Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards.
    Be able to do quick rendering as per customer specifications and provide information about interior accessories.
    Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
    Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage.
    Propose creative/competitive designs to the Management to obtain more business opportunities in the market.
