Job Description

Recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective location.
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/ products. Monitor and review the agent's performance.
Help them achieve maximum business.
Meet customers on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice.

Must be a graduate
Have experience in sales (2 years)
