Job Description

Responsible for End to End Recruitment from job Posting, Sourcing, Interviewing, salary Negotiation and issuing offer letter.
Develop and Manage a Pipeline of talents.
Source from a Variety of Channels Including Cold Calling, LinkedIn and through Personal Network.
Manage and Develop Relationship with business heads and stakeholders for hiring.
Prepare Salary Fitment, Negotiate salary and release offer.
Liaising with HR Ops team to ensure 100% documentation is complete.
Maintain Daily MIS and sharing with reporting manager.
