Technical Service Engineer(Diploma Civil) -Cement - AP & Telangana

Roles and Responsibilities

MACE Van Operations

Attending to customer calls which may be:

Service Calls
Concrete Calls
Dealer Calls
Concrete Demonstration Calls

Attending to house-warming ceremonies for building relations with the customers

Brand Promotion

Conducting meets which are

Masons Meets
Counter Meets
End-user / customer meets
Demonstration Meets

Enhancing the Influencer Base through conversions from other brands by

Comparative concrete trials
One-to-one meets and presentations
Personal rapport
Factory/ RRDC visits

Market Development

Turn around identified weak markets:

compile Influencer profile in the weak market and attempt conversions

coordinate with SOs in network development

Maintaining Customer data bases and reports of visits to customers

After-sales service

Conducting Tests on Concrete a Site which could be

Slump Cone test
Cube Compressive strength test
Rebound Hammer test

Quality Assurance

Attending to customer queries and complaint

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma in Civil (ONLY)
Experience: 3 to 7 years in cement industry
