Job Description
Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a Leading Manufacturing company into Herbal Products,Looking for
QA Analyst / Executive
Responsibilities:
Food Safety Documentation
Exposure to BRC / FSSC 22000 Documentation and implementation
Expertise in Preparation of SOP's and Formats
Sampling and testing of raw material, online test parameters, packing material, finished goods.
Verification of hygiene checklists.
To maintain inventory of glassware's & chemicals & consumables.
Calibration & maintenance of laboratory of instruments.
Conduct retest of retention samples as per the plan.
Granulation and Bulk Density checking on daily basis during online processing.
Ensure compliance to all the requirements of ISO 17025:2005 (NABL).
Reporting & Documentation.
Verification of the metal detectors (CCP's) calibration and records the same.
To ensure that all documents related to QC are timely maintained and recorded and stored safely.
Traceability exercise of the product.
Shelf life study of product behavior during its life cycles.
Qualification: B.sc M.sc B-Tech Food Technology
