Responsible for sales and channel development of P&C for Maharashtra , Gujarat , MP , Chattisgarh and Goa . The person would handle a team of 4 to 6 direct and 12 to 15 indirect resources understand the P&C segment and formulate local level strategies to gain share in key markets Mumbai , Pune , Ahmedabad , Surat etc. Implementation of Sales Force CRM and usage of this to improve sales process and MDC / ASI efficiency would be key to the success of this role To influence higher secondary sales generation and also suggest local level schemes and activities to gain tactical advantage over competition . Focus on Tier 3 & below market for greater penetration would be another focus area
