JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Sales Manager- Male
Department : Sales & Marketing
Location :Govandi, Mumbai
Reports to : General Manager Sales and Marketing
Direct Reports : None
Objective : Ensure Customer Service through doing all Transaction related work with customers.

The products, are used in several fruit-based industries including beverages, yoghurt, dairy and confectioneries. The company's processing plants for aseptic, canned & frozen products are strategically located near fruit growing areas in India. Its quality always comes first, whether it be in product or in the service. It is a participant in the Voluntary Control System of SGF, Germany and is an approved supplier under the IRMA programme.

Duties and responsibilities(Please list all major responsibilities)
1) Sampling
2) to complete the formalities required against internalising and executing an order
3) Checking MOS from time to time
4) Keep customer informed about the shipment, shipping docs, container tracking, etc
5) Handling overall operational activities post order booking
6) Follow up for payments
7) Co-ordination with internal departments such as Planning, Export, logistics, finance, factory etc..
8) Respond to queries from overseas / domestic customers
9) be proactive with activities revolving around sales and final execution of orders.

CTC and Benefits :Rs 7.0 to 9.0 Lakhs per annum / depends on the interview.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications (Essential and Desirable) : Graduate, MBA.

Experience (Years, functional area, any specific work exposure- classify as essential and desirable) 5+Years Experience in similar role, Export, Shipping, Logistics, Import, etc.

Technical Skills :
1) Knowledge of import-export: has working experience about Documentation, Ocean Logistics, CHA/Freight, Shipping Lines
2) Good knowledge of MS Excel
3) Good knowledge of SAP

Managerial Skills :
1) Communication skills
2) Client Relationship Management / Business Development
3) Team Player
4) Detail Oriented / meticulous
