:- Space planning
- Handled project individually
- Client coordination
- Concept designing
- Should possess knowledge about interior services.
- Should have worked on minimum Sq. feet area of 50,000 and above.
- Team Player.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- MEP Knowledge, developing skills for electrical, networking, flooring, ceiling, and lighting.
- Documentation of Drawings and Documents as per required Standards.
- Ownership / Pro-activeness
- Product details / Follow up with vendors
- Preparing of material board
- Preparation of Quality Drawings and Documents.
- Documentation of drawings & highlighting the dependency and criticality of drawings.
- Sound Knowledge of services.
- Eye for detail.
- Documentation of Drawings and Documents as per required Standards.
- Ownership / Pro-activeness
- Product details / Follow up with vendors
- Preparing of material board
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3dsMAXs, and Responsibilities
Desired Profile of the candidate skills:
Candidate should have good knowledge and leadership quality in commercial Interior Design experience in commercial office spaces and retail projects managing the delivery of overall Interior project design requirements right from project conceptualization, design finalization, and during the execution phase. Perfecting interior design and decorative techniques with a strong track record of executing prestigious projects.
