Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To understand and acquire good product knowledge for the project by interacting with department heads and architects.
2. To undertake regular market study to understand competition, and use these observations to build project specification and pitch
3. Look for new lands and prepare micro market analysis for the same.
4. Ensure all collaterals (presentation books, stationery, price list), all approvals (BDA,BBMP, BWSSB/BESCOM), sanction letters from authorities are ready at site.
5. Coordinating with Digital team on lead quality with daily feedback.
6. To generate leads through various channels such as hoardings, partners, online portals (99acres,Quikr Homes, Housing.com, Sulekha, etc), Facebook ads, Google Ads.
7. To participate in corporate events and exhibitions to generate leads for the project
8. Make cost sheets.
9. To maintain a record of all inquiries in Leadsquared.
10. Daily check on all automations in Leadsquared
11. To coordinate with sales team on prospective leads (confirmed by tele-caller), and to ensure they visit the site
12. To meet the prospective clients at the site office, walkthrough the mock up and explain the project and finance options
13. To follow-up with prospective clients post their site visit within defined timelines to close the sale
14. To hand hold the client and help him/her understand the agreement process and work closely with internal departments to ensure timely registration
15. In case of any customization required by the client, coordinate with the site project engineers to ensure client specifications are understood and implemented
16. To maintain cordial relationships with the clients through the project lifecycle
17. To maintain cordial relations with various banks and channel partners. To create new channel partners as required.
18. To attend weekly/fortnightly internal meetings
