• Understanding the complete end to end hiring process of Talent Acquisition Module
• Understand the exact requirement of particular profiles and source the suitable profiles from various mediums
• Counselling the candidates about feature and benefits of the particular opening
• Driving overall Talent Acquisition profess right from sourcing, screening/assessment, fitment, interview scheduling, shortlisting till onboarding
• Maintaining the MIS and knowledge about MS-Excel is desired
