Job Description
Lead Consultant- Dev Ops EngineerIn this role, you will assist business stakeholders in the design, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce Applications.
Responsibilities
Implementing tools and technologies to provision and configure an enterprise software system in cloud with a focus on increasing efficiency and elasticity of deployed compute without sacrificing quality
Identify, document, automate and engineer processes for repeated tasks.
Manage the packaging and deployment of our infrastructure product and our deployment/upgrade processes.
Seek and recommend improvements to current processes and technologies used
Participate in design reviews for new and existing services and platforms
Influence the use of industry leading automation platforms and process
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate/ Postgraduate
Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS and on-prem applications using tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc
Expertise in Linux System Admin and Bash Scripting
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Fabric, Puppet or SaltStack
Hands-on experience in build and administer VMs and Containers using tools such as Packer, Vagrant
Experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions with AWS and Azure
Preferred qualifications
BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc
Experience with Python and other scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby etc
Understanding of Agile methodology
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all stake holder
