Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (but not limited to):
Preparation of Financial Models, Project Reports and related documents for the banks
Coordinate and liaising with Bank/NBFCs/FIs
Submitting the proposals in the Banks/FIs, preparation of term sheets/ loan agreements and assist in complete
execution process.
Resolving queries raised by the banks
Engage with various functions of the group to gather and analyze data for investors, lenders and internal
business planning etc.
Prepare data required by team to engage with lenders and investors as part of fund-raising transactions and also
post transaction compliances.
Assisting in the documentation and due-diligence
Preferred Experience: 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in Banking relations, Debt syndication, Corporate Loan sanction
and preparing reports and documentation.
Preferred Qualification: CFA / CA/ MBA
