Role & Responsibilities
1. Driving the sales performance of the website and e-commerce platforms
2. Managing and executing promotional campaigns
3. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
4. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
5. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
6. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.
7. Product listing on marketplaces with keywords.
8. Regular hygiene check of the listings.
9. Establishing relationships and opening accounts with various market places such as Nykaa, Myntra, TataCliq etc.
Key Requirements
1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2. A prior experience in a similar role. Experience with digital marketing is a plus.
3. Experience in skincare, beauty, and personal care is a plus.
4. A creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills thrive in competitive environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
