Dear Candidate,

Greetings from TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited!

We are hiring for HR Operation- Onboarding Profile in Mumbai location.

Experience: min 6 Months.

Salary: 15000 per month.

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel).

Detailed Job/ Role Description:

Conducting Onboarding & Documentation on the date of joining- Virtually & physically.
Handling all HR operation documentation works in system.
coordinating with internal & external team for closure.
Maintaining & updating different HR-Op reports.
Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal.
Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.
Query Resolution-HR Tool.

Essential skill-set required:

Good Communication Skills-Oral & Written.
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge on excel for carrying different reports.
Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed.
