Job Description

Strategy Formulation, Planning and Deployment Share inputs based on learning from previous iterations to enhance the value add of the function's processes to the organization. Policy Formulation (includes process, guideline definition) Support policy creation by creating relevant business cases, simulations, scenarios etc. Support the Change Management processes and ensure that the rationale and philosophy is communicated consistently Research, Benchmarking and Advisory /HR Solutions Conduct secondary research on assigned areas to gather information on HR best practices followed in the industry/other industries and provide recommendations to supervisor on areas of focus/improvement. Support creation of artifacts required for deployment and communication HR Systems and Processes/Operations Management/ Deployment Review HR Operations and dashboards at regular intervals and identify areas of suboptimal performance and initiate corrective actions. Evaluate scope for continuous improvement and also solicit support from external organizations for diagnosing and providing recommendations on internal HR processes as required. Develop frameworks for implementing process improvement suggestions given by the manager and also work with BPHRs and CoE Leads for conceptualization and deployment of HR system and process enhancements. Provide inputs for systemic changes/creation of tools and work closely with IS for implementation of the same. HR Analytics / Metrics / Reporting Facilitate the flow of timely information from various units, systems and corporate functions required for analytics and reporting for different HR processes. Monitor preparation of and review the various dashboards and analytics reports prepared by the team and also prepare confidential and high-impact analytics reports as required that would help identify opportunities for rolling out strategic interventions. Knowledge Management/HR Capability Building Develop/ review content/ conduct training programs/ work with external vendors for training needs analysis, content development and deployment of training for respective processes. Ensure effective deployment of planned developmental interventions. Track effectiveness of trainings/knowledge dissemination initiatives and identify and address gaps, if any. Customer Relationship Management Track customer expectations for the relevant processes/activities, flag off to seniors if there is a potential risk and ensure logical closure to all open items. Vendor Relationship Management Manage vendor interactions and transactions as required; support senior team members in vendor management processes (contracts, payments, expenses, etc.) as required Employer Branding and Positioning Help supervisor in design/ development of internal surveys and benchmarking studies as required.
