Responsibilities

  • Source and issue all domestic / International travel for employees, Interview Candidates & Clients
  • Identify and reserve Domestic /international accommodation by coordinating with the employee / vendor / Hotel
  • Co-ordinate to submit and timely collection of Visa documents
  • Receive, verify & Process Vendor invoices on regular basis
  • Collate all travel data and share reports to all stake holders as per frequency
  • Keep Track of Insurance issuance /renewal for overseas travel
  • Co-ordinate with stake holders for Forex & POE letters
  • Logistics co-ordination & support for Events & Visits
  • Manage Client / Guest Relation & Welcome board arrangements
  • Keep Client visits record updated on regular basis
  • Handle of Uber/Ola / transport

Skills

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with 4+ years of exprience in Corporate Travel Manager to join and lead our Travel desk operations.
  • Working exprience ofdomestic / International travel management processes is a must
  • Exprience is Visa processing guidelines across various geographies
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors /Hotel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
