We are hiring for Manager/Sr. Manager- Customer Service- Digital Service Unit(functional) Profile in Mumbai location.

Experience: 4-9 Years.

Salary: Maximum 9.50 LPA.

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon).

Role Description:

  • Manage a team for 4-5 agents managing digital Live chats and digital failure transactions.
  • Manage digital projects-digitization of service dispositions to whatsapp and self-service .
  • Assist Customer Experience Project tracks.
  • Driving self-service adoption.
