- Should have adequate knowledge on General Insurance products, terms and warranties.
- Attending to claims filed, client queries, meeting the insurance claims department for representation.
- Preparing the claim files, validating documents, attending to insurance queries, preparing the reverts and pursuing the claims status to closure
- Claims MIS updates on internal portal and to clients.
- Claims discussions and negotiating with the Insurers

- Should be fluent in spoken English and Marathi. Writing skills should be equally good.
- Should be computer savvy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Should have good email drafting skills
