We are hiring for" Accounts/Taxation Executive"
Role and Responsibility:-You shall be employed asAccounts Head.
Working Location:
Masjid Bunder, Mumbai, 400003
Working Experience:-2 yrs to 8 yrs.
Gender- Male
Role and Responsibility:-
Role and Responsibility:-You shall be employed as an Accounts/Taxation Head.We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Hands on exp. Taxation is a must.
Your Primary Responsibilities include:
- Manage all accounting transactions ( Stock entry in Tally, bank work ( NEF RTGS, cheque deposit etc) GST R3B and GST R1 )
- Knowledge with filing Tds/tcs Return, Gst Return, help in Income Tax Work.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Followup with Parties and providing requirements of head office and tax consultants, auditors
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Day to day entries.
- Accounting, Book Keeping and also Liaison with Banks
- Handling cash books enteries, journal, debit notes/credit notes.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Can also manage local field work related to banks, Customer needs or with other Various Departments.
Qualifications and Skills:-
- Min. 3 yrs relevant experience in accounts domain.
- Advanced ms Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting busy/tally Software
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
