We are looking for Interior Designer. 

Below is the JD of Interior Designer.

JOB DUTIES (Interior Designer):-

Visualize, Conceptualize, Design & Execute the Interior design plans as per the client's requirement.

Illustrate & present the ideas using 3D Visuals.

Define project requirements and schedule

Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

Proficiently create & supervise BOQs, Bar charts, and Timesheets for all Projects.

Outsource, negotiate and manage both new as well as existing vendors and sub-contractors for respective projects

Track & update the site progress of projects through regular visits at the project sites.

Troubleshoot bottle-neck problems at the site and ensure smooth execution

Plan & modulate all services including MEP & HVAC of each project.

Supervising, checking, and validating all Bills & Invoices including Purchase orders.

Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, monthly reports to reporting authorities

Conducting site meetings and quality audits

Hosting Client meetings and discourse as well as providing timely updates on the site progress to the clients.
