JOB DUTIES (HR Recruiter):
Get directions from the Manager HR about the new positions, contribute actively to planning the recruitment cycle of such new requirements and implement them.
Completely responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
Planning and Handling Lateral Recruitment. Demonstrated a strong track record in handling recruitment through various sources.
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Making Candidates aware of the interview date and scheduling them for the interview and keeping track of them till they are selected and joined.
Taking care of the selected candidates joining formalities & other procedures.
Maintain weekly recruitment report.
Generate offer letters; contract letters for the selected candidates issue them.
Employee reference check.
Collect documents from employees as per the standard checklist
Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees of all the
Designations.
