Process-US Travel Sales
Designation-Travel sales Consultant
Shift timings: 09:30PM- 05:30AM/6:30PM-3:30AM (IST) (US Timings)
Job Location-Noida
Working Days-5
GDS knowledge in-Amadeus/Worldspan/Sabre/Any
Weekly off's-Rotational KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

GDS (Worldspan, Amadeus, Sabre).
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Able to work on own initiative as well as a part of team
Experience of UK/US travel.
Done flight sales customer handling before
Campaign Calling Sales
Freshers are also welcome.

Job Description:

Handling queries from US, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals.
Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales
Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups
Target based profile

Eligibility Criteria:

Two + years of experience in UK/US Voice Process inbound/Outbound Travel Sales (US/UK Process).
Only B2C & B2B (Voice Process) offline sales. No tour handling profiles. No online sales/web sales etc.
Must have Excellent Communication Skill (both verbal & written in English).
Should have negotiation and sales skills.
Good Geographical knowledge.
Salary and other benefits: negotiable as per the experience, Knowledge plus Unlimited Incentive Plans.
