Profile Details :
- Designation: Technical Project Manager
- Experience Required : 10+ Years
- Job Location : Ahmedabad
- Shift Timings : 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Skills Required:
- Previous hands-on relevant technical experience (as a developer/leader)on Mobile and Cloud technologies like MEARN stack, Python, PHP, Java/.NET, AWS/Azure, Android, iOS, Flutter, etc.
- DBA Experience NoSQL DBs, SQL, Oracle, Backend Data Analytics
- UI Experience - LucidChart, Balsamic, Figma, Invision
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience in onsite client-facing
- Process compliance & data-driven approach
- Minimum 4 years of experience in strong technical Project Management (with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall experience), Scrum Master (40 months)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in solid project financial Management (estimation, forecasting, budgeting, actuals tracking) (40 months)
- Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or similar area
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates effective Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and requirements validation meetings with stakeholders
- Leads the successful delivery of software projects especially managing risks, dependencies, scope, schedule, budget, quality, communications, and procurement
- Builds effective, collaborative, high performing teams alongside the Resource Management Group
- Collaborates with stakeholders to assess and recommend solution options
- Establishes and maintain relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact
- Provides accurate and timely Agile project status updates to the Customer, stakeholders ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Builds and tracks effective Agile metrics to ensure project effectiveness, making the necessary adjustments, reporting to the Customer as required
- Assists all teams by maintaining a professional and team-oriented environment
- Own and execute against project plans and delivery commitments. Report on status, milestones, and goals to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the ability to launch a product on time
- Provides input to short-term and long-term strategic planning with business goals in mind
- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit
- Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, or similar program management methodologies
- Stakeholder management across business teams, including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Care, Product Management, UX design, Network, and Engineering.
