Job Description
IT Solution designing and implementation for critical business projects
- Study the business requirements/problems and prepare approach note for solution implementation.
- In some cases, review Business blueprint (prepared by TPV) to ensure system design meets business requirements.
- Drive end to end project. Prepare project plan, monitor milestones and proactive communication to highlight project status and associated risks
SAP and other IT Application Support
- Prepare business requirement document and functional specification for all major SAP/Application changes.
- Design Test Scripts and assist business users in testing.
- Engage with partners and key business users to close critical issues and CRs within agreed timeframe.
- Conduct Regular reviews with AMS partner, monitor critical issues and ensure timely closure.
- Strong vendor management and collaboration with corporate functions.
Drive SAP and IT Adoption, Awareness
- Create user awareness on current solution by conducting regular training sessions/programs.
- Identify, implement best practices in Finance, SD and GTM.
- Identify reporting requirement in Finance, SD and GTM
- Streamline QlikView/QuickSight reports.
- Conduct regular review of existing functionalities. Identify improvement opportunities and implement them in consultation with Application Lead.
Realization of business value
- Monitor user adoption of solution/best practices post implementation.
- Measure & quantify business benefits realized as an outcome of SAP/IT Application project
Professional Experience description:
- 2 End to End SAP implementation and support projects, minimum 2 years functional experience in Finance IT.
- Must possess strong configuration and testing experience with SAP FI and SD processes.
- SAP - GTM, CRM and Treasury Management experience would be a plus.
- Should be familiar with other IT applications supporting finance and trading business processes.
