Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Lead consultant PMO
In this role, you will be responsible for Transactions, Creating Projects, allocations, Onboarding of resources to Customer systems. This is a very critical role & need knowledge of MS Office with great communication skills, as consultant would work with business people & Leadership to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding consultant to Customer system
- Project Creation & Resource Allocations in system
- Process oriented
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with Leadership
- Setup meetings and share MoM
- Creating Need for ensuring Project is created in time
- Follow up for missing details & ensure creating Urgency for completion
- Daily /weekly Report for Allocations/missing allocations
- Tracking & Meeting SLA
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s or Masters in Commerce
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Finance domain understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Primary Skills: Excel skills, Excellent Communication, Analysis, Forecast if done earlier
- Appreciation for team-work
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Must be able to get along with all levels of personnel within the organization and be effective with both business and technical teams
- Ability to take care of ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for handling interactions both within the team and without
- Very good attention to detail and Good work ethic
- An ideal candidate will demonstrate excitement for technology and business. Should also handle challenging demands on time and lead work to meet SLA. Flexibility in outlook is crucial. A lot interaction with business users and global development teams in different time-zones is involved
