for Position: Centre Manager

Responsibilities:
1) Mobilization of Students
2) Maintaining daily Project Tracker
3) Preparing Mobilization report and review deck
4) Coordination with all Team members
5) Tele calling, preparing monthly report
6) Hub- Centre management
7) Monitoring Training & Assessment and Placement assistance
8) Maintaining all documents for Birla, Vedanta skill training certification
9) Distributing Training material, learning kit and maintaining records
10) Providing 100 % quality placements assistance to the students
11) Coordinate with companies for placement
12) Maintain all database
13) Organizing events, marketing campaigns , Rojgaar mela and community engagement programs
Requirements:
1) Required Qualification : Graduation or equivalent
2) Required Experience : 2 years in Team/Centre/Store Management or Relevant Field
3) Excellent Management skills
4) Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards and attention to detail

1) Enrollments of students - 20 students per month per center
2) Collection of documents from students
3) Maintaining students database
4) Assisting students to apply loan
5) Providing 100 % placements assistance to students
6) Coordinating with companies for placement
7) Maintaining database for placements
8) Preparing advertisements, pamphlets, organizing promotional campaign
9) Meeting influential personalities in the village and assist in mobilization
10) Maintaining mobilization and placements report.
Requirements:
1. Required Qualification : Graduation or equivalent
2. Required Experience : 2 years in Field Experience(preferably rural)/Mobilization or Relevant
Field
3. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards and attention to detail
