Job Description

:
To act as a single point of contact for all trade related (forex, cross border, domestic etc)
product for the region/branches assigned to.
II. Driving Sales of Trade and Forex Business,
Responsible for income and FCY thru put target set for the TFX products for the
respective branches/business being supported
Support team in achieving customer acquisition plan
Join and independent call with (sales team) RH, BM, SM && SOs
Drive product && marketing initiatives launched by central product team
Meet and service trade related queries && requirement of clients by liaising with
Ops/product/central team
Undertake training of sales && relationship team as subject matter expert
Team orientation && customer focus
